i’m going to try the spaghetti squash with a white cheese sauce that i usually make with gruyere. i might have to improvise with the cheese since my gruyere has freezer burn. i’ll post soon.

It's called Country Pumpkins in Caledonia, which right outside Columbus (heading toward Tupelo) and literally out in the middle of nowhere. There may be a pumpkin patch closer to you guys, though. PumpkinPatchesandMore.org has a pretty decent listing of pumpkin patches in Mississippi. Also, you may be able to find some at the farmer's market in Starkville, though I've never been there so I don't know what kind of selection of squashes they have. I know you can get them at Kroger and Wal-Mart, but they're typically really expensive compared to the .75 ones found at the pumpkin patch.
